The Bartley Family's Event Center

A Family Run Event Center on Moosehead Lake!

W.L. Bartley, Inc. has been serving the greater Moosehead Lake area of Maine since 1956. Through the years, the business has specialized in a variety of services including home-heating oil, automobile sales and service, marine sales and service, and electrical contracting. From 1997 to 2007 R.H. Foster Inc. leased the "Bartley" property and operated a home-heating oil and propane service. In 2007, R.H. Foster gave up the lease and the Bartley family removed all fuel tanks from the property. From 2007 to 2013, the building was used as an Artisan Cooperative where several local artisans displayed and sold their creations.

In 2015, with the engagement of one of the Bartley grand-daughters ... the transformation to an event center was begun. While still in it's early stages, the Bartley Family Event Center hopes to open in full capacity in 2018. Between now and then, while full service plans and facilities construction are being completed, the main building is available for smaller events and meetings. In addition to the main building, the shore property is also being updated to allow for larger groups and events.
